My Account, tidied — and one gear to open it.

• ImprovedMy Account is a short list now — your name, your email, your password and your two-factor settings, each with its state on the line and its controls beside it, instead of four forms stacked down one long scroll. Click Change and the form you need opens in place.
• ImprovedOpen it from the gear beside your name in the bottom-left corner. The menu that used to hang off your name in the top-right corner is gone — Sign out and Back to platform were already buttons in the sidebar, and Appearance is now the ◐ button in the top bar.

Your business name under the logo, a proper Sign out button, and a sidebar you can collapse.

• ImprovedYour business name now sits under the logo at the top of the sidebar, so it says whose workspace you are in at a glance.
• ImprovedSigning out is a plain "Sign out" button in the bottom-left corner, instead of the small symbol it used to be.
• NewCollapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail when you want more room for the page — click Collapse under the logo. It remembers your choice on that device.

A new light theme — Ledger — joins Appearance.

Our privacy policy and terms are now published.

Reply to any email we send you — and reach support even if your trial has ended.

• NewYou can now just reply to our emails — every message we send carries a real reply address and reaches a person on our team.
• NewA contact form on the sign-in screen ("Can't sign in? Contact us") and on our website, for when you can't get into the app at all. If your email matches an account it becomes a support ticket automatically.
• ImprovedSupport stays open even if your trial has ended or your account is paused — Support stays in the sidebar next to Billing so you can always ask a question.
