You will know when your renewal reminders stop arriving.

• NewIf a renewal reminder or the Monday digest bounces at your address, or lands in a spam folder you reported, the app now hears about it from the mail service and tells you: a banner at the top of every page names the address and the reason, and the activity log records it. Reminders pause for that address rather than bouncing again and again, and resume the moment you update your email under My Account.

Safer account setup and fewer repeated actions.

• ImprovedAccount setup handles overlapping requests, and sale, registrar and support forms prevent repeated submissions while saving.

Getting into your account and keeping track of renewals is more reliable.

• ImprovedAccount setup and recovery links open the right screen, with clearer sign-in code recovery and email retry guidance.
• ImprovedReview every upcoming renewal, including larger portfolios, with consistent calendar dates and working table sorting.
• ImprovedAccount settings, checkout and page loading recover more clearly from failed requests. Portfolio imports flag invalid amounts and dates before they affect your records, and sale/drop dates follow your brokerage time zone.

The numbers read the way a broker reads them — a loss in red with its sign in front, your own currency on every field, and a dash where there is nothing to count.

• ImprovedA name imported without an acquired date and then marked sold showed its holding period as "nulld" in the Sold ledger and "null days" on Reports. There is no holding period to show for a name with nothing to count from, so it shows "—", and the average skips it instead of being poisoned by it.
• ImprovedA loss is printed in red, not in the profit green, and reads -€139.20 — the sign in front of the amount, the way the tiles have always shown it.
• ImprovedEvery money field is labelled in the currency you enter figures in. "Sale price (€)" for a book kept in euros, not "Sale price ($)".
• ImprovedThe sale and offer emails quote the same currency the app does, and say which day’s ECB rate converted the figure when one did.
• ImprovedThe CSV importer names every row it will skip — by its line in your file, with the value that failed — before you import, and lists anything the server refuses afterwards. The 5,000-row limit is written in the window instead of turning up after you press Import.
• ImprovedA domain lookup that could not reach the registry now says so. The watchlist no longer says "still registered" after a failed check or stamps "last checked" on a lookup that never answered; domain search says "couldn’t check" with a Try again instead of a wall of "unknown"; and the RDAP refresh names the reason ("couldn’t reach the registry" vs "carries no expiry date").
• ImprovedWhen something is refused, you get the reason. Every failure toast shows the sentence the server sent instead of the word "Failed".
• ImprovedA sold or drop date that is not a real date is refused with a sentence, rather than saved and rendered as "Invalid Date" — which is also why the Sold-this-year tile could disagree with the ledger under it.
• ImprovedOn a phone, a table that has more columns off to the right says so — a fade on the edge and a line of words under it. "Last checked" is now one of the columns you get by default.
• ImprovedEvery window: the first field is focused when it opens (so a phone keyboard opens with it), Escape and a click outside close it, and the page behind it stays where you left it.
• ImprovedThe watchlist shows its dates the way the rest of the app does, and the dashboard chart’s quarter labels are readable on a phone.
• ImprovedThe Billing page no longer carries a note meant for us about payment keys, and the unsubscribe page has an icon like every other page.

The renewal reminders and the weekly digest now actually arrive, a book in euros is reported in euros, and an empty portfolio starts where it should.

• NewRenewal reminders are sent. Switch on 90, 60 or 30 days under Settings → Email notifications and you get one email per window per domain, counted in your own time zone. A renewal re-arms them, so a name you keep tells you again next year.
• NewThe Monday portfolio digest is sent too — active names, estimated value, what expires in the next 30 days, sales and profit for the year, and the annual renewal bill.
• NewEmails when a sale is logged or an offer is recorded, if you want them. Every one of these messages carries a one-click unsubscribe, and turning them off never touches sign-in codes, receipts or replies to your support tickets.
• NewSettings has a time zone. "Today", every expiry countdown and every reminder now use your day, not the server’s.
• ImprovedThe contact form always reaches us now — including from an address that is not on an account. If you cannot sign in, that form is the way through, and someone reads it.
• ImprovedRDAP refresh and the reputation scan work through your whole book, oldest-checked first, instead of stopping at the first 60 names.
• ImprovedMoney shows cents everywhere. $12.99 is $12.99, not $13 — your figures reconcile against a registrar invoice now.
• NewReal currency conversion. Settings now asks two questions instead of one — the currency you ENTER figures in, and the currency you want your totals REPORTED in. When they differ, every total on the dashboard, the Reports page, the Excel export and the weekly digest is converted at the European Central Bank’s daily reference rate, and shows the date that rate was published. If we cannot reach the rate feed we say so and leave your figures as you typed them — we never guess at an exchange rate.
• NewA brand-new portfolio now opens on the two ways to fill it — connect a registrar, or import a CSV — instead of six zeros. Everything else is still there, underneath.
• ImprovedChanging your sign-in email now sends a code to the NEW address and only switches when you enter it — a typo can no longer lock you out.
• ImprovedThe set-up link works for 7 days (the email used to say 24 hours), and the password screen tells you the rule instead of showing "this link is invalid" when your password is too short.
• ImprovedTwo people can browse the live demo at the same time. The second visitor no longer signs the first one out.
• ImprovedA paused account is told why: a cancelled subscription, a card that failed and a support hold now say three different things.

Billing reads straight from Stripe.

• ImprovedThe "your last payment failed" warning on Billing now clears the moment Stripe accepts your updated card, instead of staying up until your next renewal.

Sign-in that stands its ground: backup codes that really work, five tries per code, and a password to turn a factor off.

• ImprovedYour backup codes now work at sign-in — enter one in place of the 6-digit code when your phone or inbox is out of reach. Each code works once; regenerate a set under My Account.
• ImprovedA sign-in code gets five tries. After the fifth miss you are back at the password screen, and too many wrong passwords pause sign-in for that address for 15 minutes.
• ImprovedTurning a sign-in factor off — the emailed code or the authenticator — now asks for your current password first.
• NewMy Account → Two-factor authentication has a "Forget remembered computers" button: every computer you ticked "Remember this computer" on will ask for a code again.

A trial extension or complimentary access now comes with an email telling you so.

• ImprovedWhen we extend your free trial or put your access on the house, you get an email from Otto with the exact date it runs through — no more finding out by noticing.

Sign in with your authenticator app — and the prompt now says which code it wants.

• ImprovedAdd an authenticator app under My Account → Two-factor authentication and it becomes what you are asked for at sign-in. Without one, nothing changes: a 6-digit code still arrives by email.
• ImprovedThe sign-in prompt now names the code it is actually asking for, instead of saying one was emailed when it was your app that was being asked.
• NewPhone flat or left behind? "Email me a code instead" on the sign-in prompt sends a fresh code to your email address.

My Account behind one gear, your business name under the logo, and a sidebar you can collapse.

• ImprovedYour business name now sits under the logo at the top of the sidebar, so it says whose workspace you are in at a glance.
• ImprovedSigning out is a plain "Sign out" button in the bottom-left corner, instead of the small symbol it used to be.
• NewCollapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail when you want more room for the page — click Collapse under the logo. It remembers your choice on that device.
• ImprovedMy Account is a short list now — your name, your email, your password and your two-factor settings, each with its state on the line and its controls beside it, instead of four forms stacked down one long scroll. Click Change and the form you need opens in place.
